Breeding/Development: Triumph parentage includes Nugget, Brewers Gold, East Kent Goldings, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh.
Brewing Application: Intended as a higher-alpha (approx. 7.0%-11.0%) aroma variety with high myrcene and humulene content and low cohumulone, Triumph can be used as a standalone hop or as part of a blend in everything from pale ales to hazy IPAs.
Sensory: Intense and fruity with prominent bubble gum, peach, lime, and orange in the lead, followed by subtle spice and resin.
