Origin:
- United States (New Mexico)
- Rediscovered wild hop from the mountains of New Mexico, later released and cultivated by CLS Farms (Yakima Valley)
- Named in tribute to musician Frank Zappa, with the blessing of the Zappa family/estate

- Aroma hop (sometimes used for bittering, but truly shines as an expressive, late or dry hop)

- 7–9%

- 5–6.5%
Aroma & Flavor Notes:
- Tropical Fruit: Big notes of mango, passionfruit, and pineapple
- Citrus: Tangy orange, grapefruit zest, and lemon
- Pine: Resinous, classic pine sap and fresh wood

- Dank: Cannabis-like, funky, with notes of sage and menthol
