- Mandarin Orange: The signature—big, fresh mandarin and orange peel
- Citrus: Zesty lime, sweet orange, and lemon
- Pine: Crisp pine needle, resin, and fresh forest notes
- Tropical Fruit: Melon, mango, sometimes pineapple or lychee
- Other: Soft herbal background, subtle spice, and hard candy sweetness
Brewing Characteristics:
- Explodes with juicy orange and mandarin when used in late additions or dry hop
- Blends beautifully in hazy/juicy IPAs, pale ales, lagers, and even fruitier Aussie summer ales
