Aroma & Flavor Notes:
- Orange: Distinct and pronounced, reminiscent of orange zest and marmalade
- Citrus: Lemongrass, lime, and general citrus complexity
- Floral: Perfume-like bouquet, sweet and delicate, similar to Earl Grey’s bergamot aroma
- Tropical Fruit: Subtle undertones of melon and juicy fruit
- Tea: Sometimes a black tea or herbal edge (Earl Grey quality)
Brewing Characteristics:
- Provides bright, zesty, and aromatic citrus with a floral lift
- Works best as a late addition or for dry hopping to maximize unique aromatics
